A legal disclaimer

JP Forged’s Refund Policy states that all sales are final due to the custom-made nature of our wheels, and no refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted once an order has entered production. Because each wheel set is manufactured specifically to the customer’s selected specifications, orders cannot be canceled after 48 hours from the time of purchase.

Customers are responsible for ensuring correct wheel specifications, including size, bolt pattern, offset, and finish, prior to placing an order. If an order arrives damaged or defective, the customer must notify JP Forged within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the issue, while retaining all packaging for carrier inspection; failure to do so may void eligibility for any resolution. Valid claims will be reviewed, and remedies may include repair, replacement, or a shipping insurance claim depending on the nature of the damage and carrier policies.

Damage caused by improper installation, tyre mounting, road hazards, misuse, or incorrect fitment selected by the customer is not eligible for refund or replacement. Shipping costs, customs fees, import duties, and taxes are non-refundable under all circumstances.

JP Forged reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a claim and may deny claims that do not meet inspection or evidence requirements. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts this Refund Policy in full, without exception.
